God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. Selah psalm 46: 1-3
Okay, so the earth isn’t giving away and so far a mountain hasn’t fallen on me but this past month has been something to remember. We have fallen into the quagmire of never ending household repairs. Both of our houses demand repair! We can’t sell our home until it is repaired and we can’t live in this home until it’s repaired. I keep thinking of that old 80’s flick “the Money Pit”; yup, we are there! For now we live in two states rushing to and fro trying to finish one job before having to return for some important responsibility that cannot be delayed
